Welcome to The Arts Society Havering

The Arts Socierty Havering is a member of The Arts Society (Previously the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies).

We are a friendly group, who meet every second Tuesday in the month from September to June at 10am, in the New Windmill Hall in Upminster. We enjoy high quality illustrated and wide-ranging talks/lectures, special events and volunteering activities. We also arrange visits to national galleries and historic buildings as well as trips abroad. At illustrated talks/lectures we hear experts, chosen for their knowledge, presentational skills and entertainment value, speak on a huge variety of topics: architecture, artists and designers, china, glass, painting, music, furniture, sculpture, jewellery, ...and much more, covering prehistory to modern times.
